A place to pause and be understood.
Counselling for adults who feel overwhelmed, out of step or not quite themselves - and for those who are simply curious about their inner world.
Whatever brings you here.
You may be moving through change, carrying something difficult, questioning old patterns or wondering why life feels hard - or harder than it used to.
You don’t need to be in crisis or arrive with the right words. Counselling can offer a place to pause, make sense of what is happening within and begin where you are.

About Neisha
Who you sit with matters.
I’m Neisha—a counsellor and late-identified AuDHDer. I bring professional training, lived understanding and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.
I know, from both sides of the room, that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. The relationship matters, and different counsellors and ways of working will suit different people.
